OnTop is certainly a name that not many people have heard of before (including us), but that has not stopped the company from rolling out their own 8-inch tablet device which is powered by the Android 2.1 operating system. This unique tablet will feature RockChip's RK2808 SoC inside, coupled with 512MB ROM and 128MB RAM to get you started right out of the box - of course, if you want to drop more serious coin on the OnTop offering, then you will be able to benefit from 512MB of RAM alongside a faster RockChip 1GHz RK2818 chip in due time. If you plan to watch plenty of movies on this, we might suggest going for 4:3 formatted movies simply because of the screen's aspect ratio.
